While none of these plans are bad, it doesn’t mean that every nutrition plan is right for every person. So how do you know what you need to eat to fee your body? We recommend an anti-inflammatory diet, and these guidelines are important for everyone, but may also be used in combination with your food allergy issue, diabetic issues, or whatever you individually need.​
