Gluten Free Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- 2.5 Boneless Chicken Thigh
- 3/4 cup Orange Juice
- 1/3 cup Coconut Aminos
- 2 tbsp Tamari Sauce
- Himalayan Sea Salt To taste
- Granulated Garlic To taste
- Granulated Onion To taste
- 2 cups Chicken Broth For sweet & spicy sauce
- 2 tsp Xantham Gum For sweet & spicy sauce
- 2 tsp Orange Juice For sweet & spicy sauce
- 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos For sweet & spicy sauce
- 1/3 cup Coconut sugar or alternative sweetener For sweet & spicy sauce
- 1/8 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes For sweet & spicy sauce
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl or freezer bag and marinate for 2-3 hrs. Make sure chicken is covered.
- After the chicken is marinated put Avocado oil in a large pan to fry the chicken on medium heat for 15-17 minutes or until chicken is browned and cooked.
- For the Sauce: Heat in a pot on low. You can add more red pepper flakes for desired level of spicy
- To Serve: Slice chicken thighs into stripsServe on Butter lettuceTop with sliced cucumber, cilantro, peanuts and our homemade coleslaw
