Gluten Free Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

  • 2.5 Boneless Chicken Thigh
  • 3/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tbsp Tamari Sauce
  • Himalayan Sea Salt To taste
  • Granulated Garlic To taste
  • Granulated Onion To taste
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth For sweet & spicy sauce
  • 2 tsp Xantham Gum For sweet & spicy sauce
  • 2 tsp Orange Juice For sweet & spicy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos For sweet & spicy sauce
  • 1/3 cup Coconut sugar or alternative sweetener For sweet & spicy sauce
  • 1/8 tbsp Red Pepper Flakes For sweet & spicy sauce


  • Place all ingredients in a bowl or freezer bag and marinate for 2-3 hrs. Make sure chicken is covered.
  • After the chicken is marinated put Avocado oil in a large pan to fry the chicken on medium heat for 15-17 minutes or until chicken is browned and cooked.
  • For the Sauce: 
    Heat in a pot on low. You can add more red pepper flakes for desired level of spicy
  • To Serve: 
    Slice chicken thighs into stripsServe on Butter lettuceTop with sliced cucumber, cilantro, peanuts and our homemade coleslaw
