Gluten Free Waffle Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Gluten Free Flour
- 2 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Xylitol
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Duck Egg
- 1/4 cup Apple Sauce
- 1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine coconut milk and apple cider vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Combine dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Add additional coconut milk if needed until medium thickness is reached.
- Heat up waffle maker.
- Add batter and cook until the batter is used.
