1 duck egg (1/4 cup apple sauce)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Combine coconut milk and apple cider vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes. Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add the wet ingredients and stir until combined. Add additional coconut milk if needed until medium thickness is reached. Heat up waffle maker. Add batter and cook until the batter is used. Enjoy!
