Gluten Free Waffle Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Gluten Free Flour
  • 2 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Xylitol
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Duck Egg
  • 1/4 cup Apple Sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Combine coconut milk and apple cider vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Combine dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Add the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
  • Add additional coconut milk if needed until medium thickness is reached.
  • Heat up waffle maker. 
  • Add batter and cook until the batter is used.
