Instructions
Place all ingredients in a bowl or freezer bag and marinate for 2-3 hrs. Make sure chicken is covered.
After the chicken is marinated put Avocado oil in a large pan to fry the chicken on medium heat for 15-17 minutes or until chicken is browned and cooked.
For the Sauce: Heat in a pot on low. You can add more red pepper flakes for desired level of spicy
To Serve: Slice chicken thighs into stripsServe on Butter lettuceTop with sliced cucumber, cilantro, peanuts and our homemade coleslaw
