Program and Service Policy: • All purchases of programs and services are final • We do not offer refunds for programs or services once purchased • This includes, but is not limited to, consultations, testing services, and treatment programs

Laboratory Diagnostics Policy: • All laboratory diagnostic testing purchases are final • No refunds will be accepted once laboratory diagnostics have been purchased • This policy applies to all types of diagnostic testing offered by our facility

Supplement Policy: • For quality control and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on supplements • This policy ensures the integrity and safety of our supplement inventory • All supplement sales are final
