Order Processing & Shipping Times
• All orders must be received by 12:00 PM (MST) to be processed
• Orders are carefully packed and shipped from our office within 48-72 business hours
• Our meticulous packing process ensures accuracy and minimizes potential damage during transit
Standard Shipping
• We primarily use USPS Ground shipping to provide the most cost-effective option for our customers
• Please note that we are not Amazon Prime - we prioritize careful handling and accuracy over speed
• Shipping times and prices vary based on destination
Expedited Shipping
• Expedited shipping options are available upon request
• Please contact our office directly at (303) 668-2103 to arrange expedited shipping
• Additional fees will apply for expedited services
Damaged Products
• While we take extensive precautions in packaging, shipping damages can occasionally occur
• If you receive a damaged product, you must provide the following documentation for insurance purposes:
- Photos of the exterior package showing shipping damage
- Photos of the interior package contents
- Photos of the damaged supplement(s)
• Our team will work with you promptly to process your claim and resolve the issue
