Food Allergies

Stop guessing at what your body reacts to.

Elimination diets can help - but they take months and often miss the real culprits. Our IgE and IgG panels give you a clear map of what to remove, what to reintroduce, and when.

What we test

  • · IgE (true allergy) panels
  • · IgG (delayed reaction) panels - 100+ foods
  • · Cooked and raw forms of the same food
  • · Environmental allergens as needed
  • · Cross-referenced with gut and inflammation markers

Symptoms that improve

  • · Bloating and digestive upset
  • · Migraines, fatigue, brain fog
  • · Eczema, hives, chronic skin flares
  • · Joint pain and stiffness
  • · Kids with recurring reactions

Common questions

What is the difference between a food allergy and a food intolerance?

A food allergy is an immediate IgE reaction such as hives, swelling or throat tightness. An intolerance or delayed sensitivity is an IgG or IgA reaction that can appear hours to days later as bloating, headaches, joint pain, skin flares or fatigue. We test both so the delayed reactions are not missed.

How do I check my food intolerances?

A blood based panel is the fastest route. It measures immune reactivity across 100 or more foods in one draw, which is far more reliable than working through an elimination diet food by food over several months.

Do you offer food allergy testing near me in the Denver area?

Yes. Our office is at 9250 E. Costilla Ave. Suite 300 in Greenwood Village, serving Centennial, Littleton, Parker, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch and Castle Rock. Out of state patients can have a kit shipped to their home.

Will I have to avoid these foods forever?

Usually not. Most reactive food lists shrink once the gut lining is repaired, which is why we pair food testing with gut testing and follow a structured reintroduction schedule.
