Why we are cash based
Insurance approves a short list of screening labs designed to rule out disease. Those are the tests that already came back normal while you still felt exhausted, bloated or unable to lose weight. Operating outside of insurance lets us order the panels that actually explain your symptoms, spend real time reviewing every marker with you, and retest to prove the plan worked.
HSA and FSA
Most patients pay with HSA or FSA funds. We provide itemized receipts on request.

Does The Wellness Way take insurance?

What does the $99 New Patient Special include?
It covers your new patient visit, where we review your full history, your symptoms, and everything you have already tried, then determine which panels actually fit your case. Lab costs are separate and always quoted before anything is ordered.
How much does testing cost?
It depends entirely on which panels your case calls for, which is why we never quote a package before the first visit. You will see exact pricing and approve it before a single test is ordered. There are no surprise charges.
Why is comprehensive testing worth the investment?
Most patients reach us after years of appointments, prescriptions and guesses that cost money and delivered nothing. Testing replaces guessing. You find out what is actually happening, follow a plan built from your own numbers, and retest to confirm it worked.
