People ask what the process looks like before they book, which is fair. Here is the honest version.
Step one: the conversation
We start with your history, not a symptom checklist. When did things change, what has already been tried, what did previous labs show, what is your day actually like. This visit determines which testing is worth running, because ordering everything is expensive and ordering too little wastes time.
Step two: testing
Depending on your case, this may include a comprehensive blood panel with a full thyroid workup, DUTCH hormone testing, Genova Comprehensive Stool Analysis, SIBO breath testing, IgE and IgG food allergy panels, urine mycotoxin testing or heavy metal screening. Most of these are collected at home. Results typically return in two to three weeks.
Step three: the results review
This is the visit patients tell us they have never had before. We go through every panel, show you the patterns, explain what connects to what, and answer the question you came in with: why is this happening. You leave with your results in hand and the reasoning behind the plan.
Step four: your restoration plan
A written plan covering nutrition, targeted supplementation matched to your results, lifestyle changes sequenced in a realistic order, and chiropractic care where it fits. We phase it. Nobody changes fifteen things at once and sustains it.
Step five: follow up and retesting
We adjust as your body responds, and we retest the relevant markers so progress is measured, not assumed. Most patients retest key panels at the three to six month mark.
